4.32 DROOP
The Droop block modifies the speed reference to keep the drive armature current within a
particular range. This is useful for controlling a nipped roll where it is in contact with
another speed controlled section, or anywhere a "SOFT" speed regulator is required.

If STPT < - CUR, then OUT = - (STPT + CUR) × GAIN + REF
